Depuis son inauguration en f\u00e9vrier 2009, la crise \u00e9conomique \u00e9tant pass\u00e9e par l\u00e0, le b\u00e2timent est toujours vide. Il a r\u00e9cemment accueilli une grande \u00ab\u00a0f\u00eate blanche\u00a0\u00bb (le dress code \u00e9tant d&rsquo;\u00eatre v\u00eatu de blanc) en l&rsquo;honneur du solstice d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Au sommet de la Tour Z\u00e9nith, une grande publicit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a021%\u00a0\u00bb.
