Soirée des sections PS de Schaerbeek et Evere (1ère partie)

Les sections PS de Schaerbeek et Evere organisaient conjointement une grande soirée à une semaine de la fin de la campagne élecorale. Une soirée au cours de laquelle de jeunes talents artistiques everois et schaerbeekois furent mis à l’honneur. Outre les 11 candidats schaerbeekois et les 4 candidats everois, d’autres camarades de la liste PS aux élections régionales et européennes du 7 juin prochain avaient fait le déplacement : Karine Lalieux, Jean Demannez, Philippe Close, Véronique Jamoulle, Jean Spinette, Simone Suskind, Rachid Madrane, Florence Lepoivre, Julie Fiszman, Willy Decourty, Mohamadi Chaid et Julien Uyttendaele

Journée portes ouvertes à « L’atelier des petits pas »

L’asbl « L’Atelier des petits pas » organisait ce samedi une journée « portes ouvertes » dans les locaux qu’elle occupe rue Navez, 110. L’asbl est active depuis de nombreuses années et offre la possibilité pour 150 enfants de participer à des activités de soutien scolaire, des ateliers de créativité et des cours d’alphabétisation pour une cinquantaine d’adultes. La particularité de l’asbl est qu’elle propose des activités 7 jours/7.

La visite des locaux actuellement occupés temporairement rue Navez dans l’attente de la fin des travaux de réaménagement du complexe communal « Tamines » a permis aux visiteurs d’admirer les travaux créatifs des enfants.

Ressenti de campagne

Lors de ma présence sur le terrain au cours de cette campagne électorale, je suis très souvent abordé par des Schaerbeekois qui me font part de leur profonde déception voire même de leur agacement quant au fait d’avoir été dupés. Je le dis d’autant plus sincèrement que lors des élections communales où je venais de rejoindre le PS, malgré un important soutien, j’étais souvent « attaqué » sur le fait que Bernard Clerfayt qui se présentait comme  candidat-bourgmestre, s’occuperait des Schaerbeekois et resterait au niveau local. Un argument électoral de campagne très souvent utilisé par le MR à cette période-là afin d’attaquer Laurette Onkelinx alors ministre au Fédéral.

Personnellement, je ne me rendais pas bien compte que de nombreux Schaerbeekois ont très mal perçu le départ de Bernard Clerfayt vers le Fédéral où il occupe le poste de Secrétaire d’Etat adjoint au Ministre Reynders. Pensant peut-être naïvement que le citoyen qui est, il faut l’avouer, un peu fatigué de la succession des échéances électorales, n’accordait pas d’importance à ce départ de la commune vers le Fédéral, j’ai été d’autant plus surpris d’être abordé quant au fait que Bernard Clerfayt bourgmestre empêché de Schaerbeek et actuel secrétaire d’Etat au Fédéral, se présente aux élections régionales ET européennes. Pas très sérieux puisque le vote du citoyen ne sera pas respecté. Il n’est en effet pas possible de siéger partout à la fois.

Comme quoi le citoyen que l’on dit parfois désabusé et ne s’intéressant pas à la vie politique locale, est bien souvent beaucopu plus au courant qu’on ne pourrait le croire.

Programme du MR : ce qu’il faut bien savoir

Le 7 juin prochain, les Bruxellois feront des choix des quant aux voies du développement économique qu’ils souhaitent pour leur région.  

Dans cette dernière ligne droite avant le scrutin, vous recevez les tracts des différents partis. Des tracts où l’on ne met pas toujours en exergue ce qu’il y a réellement dans le programme.  Prenons le programme du MR et le récent tract mis dans votre boîte aux lettre. Le MR se garde bien d’y préciser que son programme régional pour Bruxelles prévoit :

  • diminution du nombre d’agents dans la fonction publique : – 30% en communauté française
  • diminution qui touchera aussi l’ONE, les écoles,…
  • mettre fin aux emplois ACS (agents contractuels subventionnés) en ce compris des emplois actuellement financés par les contrats de sécurité et de prévention

Le Collège juridictionnel donne raison à la conseillère communale Derya Aliç

Le Collège juridictionnel a rendu son arrêt et donne raison à la défense de la conseillère communal PS Derya Aliç.

Petit flash back suite à un mail envoyé à Madame Cécile Jodogne, bourgmestre f.f. qui indiquait que Madame Derya Aliç n’était pas domiciliée à son adresse schaerbeekoise, une enquête de police a été menée et a établi que la conseillère communale n’habitait pas à cette adresse. Pour rappel, un conseiller communal ne peut siéger que s’il a son domicile dans la commune…

Selon la zone de police de Schaerbeek-Evere-St Josse qui avait pourtant bien effectué une enquête au moment de la domiciliation de Madame Aliç, cette dernière résiderait en fait à Strombeek. La police locale de Strombeek quant à elle a conclu que Madame Aliç n’y résidait pas à titre principal …

Convocations électorales à Schaerbeek : le gros couac

Déjà lors des précédentes élections, l’envoi des convocations électorales sur Schaerbeek avait en partie dû être rectifié suite à des erreurs. Pour les élections régionales et du Parlement européen du 7 juin prochain, le moins que l’on puisse dire, c’est qu’un gros couac est survenu.

Ainsi, vivant avenue Zénobe Gramme, j’ai toujours logiquement voté à l’école de la rue Chaumontel. Me voici envoyé chaussée de Helmet. Pas très grave en terme de distance mais problématique pour desvoisins à mobilité réduite.

Pire encore, des électeurs résidant rue Royale Sainte Marie et se rendant traditionnellement au lycée Emile Max pour voter, sont envoyés à l’école de la rue Gaucheret dans le Quartier Nord ! Des habitants de la rue Gaucheret sont quant à eux envoyés au lycée Emile Max chaussée de Haecht ! Comprenne qui pourra mais ce nouveau couac pose un sérieux problème aux personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer. Cela méritait d’être souligné.

Un constat quant aux primes « énergie » qui ont été accordées au cours de ces 5 dernières années par la Ministre bruxelloise de l’Environnement, Evelyne Huytebroeck (Ecolo) : elles bénéficient d’abord aux communes riches de la Région bruxelloise. Ainsi, en 5 ans, plus de 50.000 primes ont été accordées pour améliorer l’isolation des bâtiments et diminuer la facture énergétique. Mais le constat est là : les primes ont surtout bénéficié à la population favorisée de notre région.  Quelques chiffres : en 2007, 10,5% des primes pour Uccle, soit 2,5 fois plus que pour les communes de Molenbeek ou Bruxelles-Ville.

Quant aux prêts à taux zéro accordés pour des travaux économiseurs d’énergie et toujours mis en place par la Ministre Huytebroeck et que le parti Ecolo présente comme son grand acquis d’ « écologie sociale », seulement 42 prêts ont été octroyés à ce jour…

Le PS défend une écologie sociale réelle : des primes « environnement » qui doivent pouvoir profiter à tous et surtout aux personnes ayant des revenus moindres. C’est la raison pour laquelle le PS veut sur la base de l’évaluation de toutes les primes existantes, moduler certaies primes en fonction des revenus pour les rendre plus accessibles pour ceux qui en ont réellement besoin et diminuer ainsi leurs coûts énergétiques.

Tout au long de la campagne, je propose des « espaces rencontres » tous les lundis chez moi de 18h à 20h. L’occasion de discuter des thèmes de société qui nous tiennent à coeur et de rencontrer en toute convivialité d’autres candidats de la liste PS. Ce lundi, Rudi Vervoort, bourgmestre d’Evere et 5ème candidat sur la liste PS aux élections régionales, est venu parler de son expérience en tant que chef du groupe PS au Parlement bruxellois, des dossiers portés par le PS tout au long de cette législature et de l’avenir de notre Région bruxelloise.

Petite pause après la distribution de mon tract

Comme samedi, des équipes étaient à nouveau mobilisées ce dimanche afin de distribuer mon tract en vue des élections régionales du 7 juin 2009. A nouveau un immense merci à tous ceux qui y ont participé et un merci plus particulier à Bruno. Tout au long de cette campagne, j’ai reçu des marques de soutien, d’aide et de sympathie. Certains se proposant de distribuer mon tract, de m’accompagner sur les marchés, d’afficher mes grandes affiches à leur balcon,… Bruno qui travaille comme chef dans un hôtel 4 étoiles de Grand Bigard, n’avait malheureusement pas la possibilité de m’aider en semaine. Il s’est docn proposé de m’aider dans l’organisation du barbecue pour toutes les personnes ayant participé à la distribution du tract ce samedi et ce dimanche. Sans lui, il n’aurait pas été possible d’assurer de la sorte avec une aussi belle présentation et une telle qualité ce petit repas covivial pour plus de 80 couverts… Donc un tout grand merci à toi Bruno et à vous tous !!!!
